We’ve partnered with the Maine Humanities Council and the Maine State Library to bring ReadME to our community. ReadME is a summer reading program that encourages Mainers to read the same books by Maine authors. This year’s books, selected by Maine mystery writer (and Scarborough native) Paul Doiron, are River Talk, short stories by CB Anderson and Settled in the Wild: Notes for the Edge of Town by Susan Hand Shetterly. River Talk author CB Anderson will speak at the Scarborough Public Library on Monday, August 6 at 6:30pm.
Find the books at our ReadME display or request one through the Minerva catalog.
