Open Mic: Stories of Resilience

Open Mic, Stories of Resilience, Read ME, Adult reading program

In the spirit of The Moth: 50 True Stories (collections from NPR’s The Moth Radio Hour), one or the two book selections for the statewide Read ME adult summer reading program, we invite you to share a personal story on the theme “resilience” at this open mic night. Resilience can be a personal experience or a trait seen in others. It can mean bouncing back; recovering from adversity; or returning to an original shape.
