I remember spending time in the many libraries of my youth, starting with the Jackson Public Memorial Library in Jackson Mississippi when I was five or six.
I joined the Board after seeing my daughter cry when I told her that the library was reopening after COVID. She was so happy to have the library back and soon started checking out every Manga book in the collection, along with her sister. I’m here essentially as a proxy for my daughters!
