You have entered the realm of Dungeons & Dragons programming at Scarborough Public Library. Here you will find all the information you need to begin your journey as an adventurer in a world of magic and monsters. We will be using the rules and resources for the 5th edition of Dungeons & Dragons.
For Summer 2020, there will be two teen campaigns:
- High School Campaign (entering grades 9-12, and recent graduates)
- Mondays from 5-7pm, June 29—August 10
- Middle School Campaign (entering grades 6-8)
- Tuesdays from 2-4pm, July 7—August 11 (registration extended!)
Sessions may run a little longer or shorter, as the adventure demands. The first session will be used for character creation and setup.
Our adventures will take place online, using Roll20. Roll20 is an online platform to create virtual D&D campaigns. Participants will need to register for a free account in order to participate; please make sure that the email you use to sign up for Roll20 is the same that you use to register. You will also need a microphone (or headset) in order to use voice chat.
Registration is required; make sure you’re available to adventure on the appointed days and times before registering to participate. Adventurers of all skill levels are welcome, but keep in mind that computer and internet skills will also be needed. Please indicate on the registration form which campaign you would like to participate in; space will be limited to ensure there aren’t too many adventurers vying for quests and rewards.
