You can also obtain a Portland Public Library card, perform walk-in borrowing privileges at many libraries near and far throughout the state, and request items from other libraries for pick up here in Scarborough.
Maine Reciprocal Borrowing Program
The Maine Reciprocal Borrowing Program allows anyone with a valid library card from one of the participating libraries to visit any of the other participating libraries and check out materials in person.
