The Charlie Cart is a small mobile kitchen designed to help teach cooking and nutritional science. We're still working on purchasing our Charlie Cart, and setting up programming around it, so stay tuned for more information in 2026!

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supported by the town of Scarborough, grants, sponsors, and individual donations. The library champions literacy in all its forms, providing free access to books, technology, programs, and resources for all residents.
